Terms of Service
The most important part: Hyperwealth is an early-access product that helps you see and organize your finances. It is an informational tool — nothing in it is investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice, and you shouldn't make financial decisions based on it without verifying the numbers yourself.
1. The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Hyperwealth LLC ("Hyperwealth", "we", "us") covering your use of hyperwealth.com and the Hyperwealth application at app.hyperwealth.com (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to them. The Privacy Policy describes how we handle your data and is part of this agreement.
2. Early access
The Services are in a beta period, currently open by invitation. That means:
- Features may change, break, or be discontinued without notice, and availability is not guaranteed.
- We may reset or delete data associated with beta features or, at the end of the beta period, beta accounts — where practical, we will give you reasonable notice first.
- The Services are currently free. If we introduce pricing at or after launch, we will tell you in advance, and it will never apply retroactively.
3. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 and a U.S. resident.
- Give us accurate information, keep your login credentials safe, and don't share your account. You are responsible for activity under it.
- We may suspend or close an account to protect the Services or other users, or for violation of these terms.
4. Not financial advice
Hyperwealth displays, organizes, and analyzes financial information — including net worth, transactions, budgets, and AI-generated insights and commentary. All of it is provided for informational purposes only.
- Hyperwealth is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, tax preparer, or law firm, and nothing in the Services constitutes investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.
- We have no fiduciary duty to you through the Services.
- AI-generated content can be incomplete or wrong. Displayed figures depend on data from your financial institutions, which can be delayed or inaccurate. Verify anything important against your institution's own records before acting on it.
- Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
5. Linked financial accounts
When you connect a financial institution, you authorize Hyperwealth and Plaid, our data connectivity provider, to access data from that institution on your behalf, as described in the Privacy Policy and the Plaid End User Privacy Policy. You represent that the accounts you link are yours, or that you are authorized to link them. You can disconnect an institution at any time.
6. Acceptable use
Use the Services only as intended. Don't:
- break the law, or use the Services in connection with anyone else's money or accounts you aren't authorized for;
- probe, overload, or circumvent security or access controls;
- scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Services;
- use the Services to build a competing dataset or product.
7. Your data, our platform
- Your financial data is yours. You give us the limited rights needed to operate the Services with it, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- The Services themselves — software, design, brand — are ours. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use them while these terms are in effect.
- If you send us feedback or suggestions, we can use them without restriction or compensation. (During a beta, feedback is the main thing we ask of you — thank you.)
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data displayed will be accurate or complete.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyperwealth will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or investment losses, arising from or related to the Services. Our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Services is limited to the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of the above may not apply to you.
10. Ending things
You can stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We can suspend or end the Services or your access as described in Sections 2 and 3. On account closure, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy (deletion on request, within 30 days). Sections 4 and 7–11 survive termination.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and both sides consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing anything, please email us — most issues are fixable at support@hyperwealth.com.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Services evolve — especially during the beta period. We will post the new version here and update the effective date above; if a change meaningfully affects your rights, we will notify account holders by email before it takes effect. Using the Services after a change takes effect means you accept it.
